Information we collect
Email correspondence
When you contact us, we receive your email address, the information you include in your message, and any attachments you send. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and manage our correspondence.
Website usage
Our website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, which also provides our DNS and security services. When you visit the website, Cloudflare processes technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device details, the pages requested, and the time of the request, to deliver the website and keep it secure and reliable.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or persistent client-side identifiers for analytics. Technical information may be processed to provide these statistics.
We do not operate user accounts, contact forms, or payments.
How we use your information
We process personal information only for the purposes below, each with its legal basis under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Responding to enquiries. Our legitimate interest in answering questions and communicating with people who contact us.
- Discussing a potential agreement. Taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- Operating and protecting the website. Our legitimate interest in delivering a secure and reliable website.
- Understanding website use. Our legitimate interest in measuring aggregate traffic and performance to improve the website.
- Meeting legal obligations. Compliance with laws that require us to keep certain records, such as accounting and tax records.
We do not rely on consent for any of these activities, and we do not use personal information for automated decision-making or profiling.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for. How long that is depends on the type of information:
- General enquiries. Kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any reasonable follow-up.
- Business correspondence. Kept for the duration of a business relationship and afterwards for as long as it may be needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- Records required by law. Kept for the periods set by applicable Serbian law, such as accounting and tax legislation.
- Technical website information. Processed by Cloudflare and retained in line with Cloudflare's own retention practices and our account settings.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Service providers and international data transfers
We use two service providers that may process personal information:
- Cloudflare for website hosting, content delivery, DNS, security, and aggregate website analytics. Cloudflare processes technical information about website requests.
- Google (Google Workspace) for business email. Google processes the emails we send and receive, including their content and attachments.
Both providers operate infrastructure in many countries. As a result, personal information may be processed outside Serbia, including in the European Union and the United States. Each provider describes where it processes data and the safeguards it applies to international transfers in its own privacy and data processing terms.
For more information about how your information is transferred, contact [email protected].
Your rights
Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies, the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Have inaccurate information corrected.
- Have your information deleted.
- Restrict how we process your information.
- Object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
- Receive your information in a portable format, where this right applies.
To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity before responding.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Serbian supervisory authority, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Poverenik za informacije od javnog značaja i zaštitu podataka o ličnosti), poverenik.rs. If you are in the European Union, you can also complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live or work, or where you believe an infringement took place.
Cookies and tracking
The website itself does not set cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or persistent client-side identifiers, and we have not installed any advertising or cross-site tracking technologies.
Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the website, may set strictly necessary cookies, for example to identify malicious traffic or to complete a security check. These cookies are used only for security and delivery, not for advertising or to track you across websites.
Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices change. The latest revision date is shown above.
